I’m Lisa Blake (she/her), a Licensed Massage Therapist with 14 years of experience in intuitive and transformative bodywork.
After graduating from East West College of the Healing Arts in 2011, I began a journey that has allowed me the honor of being part of people’s self-care and self-love practices. My work is rooted in deep listening—tuning into both the words you share and the subtle cues your body reveals. Each session is an opportunity to slow down, release, and create space for healing and renewal.
I’ve worked in both spa and chiropractic settings, learning invaluable techniques and perspectives from each. I bring this experience into every session, tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs. Whether we’re addressing a stubborn trigger point with guided breathing or facilitating moments of quiet release, my goal is to hold a safe and intentional space to help you uncover the stories your body holds and support you in finding balance, comfort, and ease.
When I’m not working with my amazing clients, I’m with my family—my brilliant husband, two beautiful kids, and our spirited heeler labrador. We love exploring the Oregon coast, finding deep wooded swim holes, and camping in nature. I’m also an eager gardener and find joy in cooking for others.
